Our current turnaround time for finishing is 10 weeks for most projects. This time frame starts when your deposit is paid and ends when the project is finished. It does not account for any additional time needed to confirm details if your forms are incomplete, to source special materials, to complete our internal processing time of 1-2 business days, for delays in payment, or for shipping time.

Below the finishing forms, you will find a link to the Materials page. Click through to see what materials we have available for your finishing, along with tips on what types of fabrics you can send in with your projects.
Please fill out the form completely, being as detailed as possible. Your finishing will be created using the selections and details you provide.
Be sure to include all of your contact information including your name, address, e-mail, and phone number. Please take care to write neatly so that all info is legible.
If you need help putting your finishing order together, choose the option to work with a member of our finishing team by writing - "Contact me to discuss details" in the notes section or contact them directly at: finishing@rittenhouseneedlepoint.com. They will arrange time to consult with you via email, phone, or video call per your preference.
- Place your stitched needlework in a ziploc bag to prevent the possibility of water damage in transit. Pack your project with care and include your completed form. We recommend rolling canvases but folding is also ok.
- No need to submit your project on stretcher bars/frames/hoops. We include 1 blocking per finished piece.
- We encourage you to ship your finishing to us via UPS or Fedex for more reliable real-time tracking. Rittenhouse Needlepoint is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
-You will receive an email from the intake team when your project is received. If you have requested help with your finishing, they will be in touch to discuss the details or set a time to do so.
-Before going into production, you will be sent a detailed invoice for a 50% deposit. Please review the invoice carefully as no changes may be made after the deposit is paid and production starts. Contact us if you need to make changes before paying the deposit. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt - production will not begin until paid. Finishing orders are non-refundable.

-Note that the quoted lead time for your project starts after details are confirmed and your deposit is paid. Including complete and detailed information will help speed up the pre-production processing.
-After your finishing is complete, the intake team will contact you with your final invoice for the remaining due amount.
-Once your remaining due is paid, we will have your project ready for pick up, or ship it out to you as requested. We do our best to ship your paid projects the next working day after payment (working days for shipping are Mon-Fri).
-Finishing projects are shipped via UPS. No P.O. Boxes.
-If you choose to pick up in store, your finishing must be picked up within 30 days of notification that it is complete.

Most standard projects have an average turnaround time of 6-8 weeks.
Custom projects or those with custom materials take a bit more time and are generally completed in 10-12 weeks.
Blocking Only pieces are typically done within 3-5 weeks.
Leather goods are prepped in-house and sent out for completion. Belts, key fobs, collars, and coasters take 3-5 weeks. Purse, guitar, and other specialty straps take longer. Ask us for the current turnaround time.
Custom acrylics such as trays and boxes are available and can be made to fit almost any design. Turnaround times vary, averaging 6-8 weeks. Ask us for more info!
If you prefer wood, we can also custom build trays, boxes, and even foot stools and end tables. Ask us for more information.
