For 18 mesh canvas. 72% silk, 18% rayon, 10% metalized polyester. A true braid of fine strands of silk and metallics. It has a wonderful silk hand and the metallic gives it an elegant sparkle. Best to use a shorter length and a larger needle. Especially useful for open stitches for water and skies and makes beautiful tassels and twisted cords. Made in USA.
