Sajou Francois I Small Cushion Cross Stitch Kit

This is an interpretation in cross stitch of the motif covering the walls of the François I lounge on the ground floor of the Chenonceau Château. It is a reminder that the king was a frequent guest of Katherine Briçonnet who, with her husband, was at the origin of the construction of the edifice.
