The top of this quilt is from the 1930s-40s, and features a lovely Dresden Plate variation with small "plates" in the intersections. It is made of flour sack cloth and other cottons and includes florals, plaids and stripes. It is complemented with a fun paisley in light greens and pinks. The top was all hand sewn. At some point much later in its life it was backed with a soft yellow plaid. The quilting and binding was machine sewn perhaps a bit clumsily. This would be a lightweight quilt as there is no inner layer, but the flannel backing will make it much warmer. It's in overall good vintage condition but does have several small, hand repaired holes and and handful that haven't been repaired. These are all about 1/4" or smaller. There are just a couple light spots normal for age.
